Acknowledgements
The author acknowledges Ben Field, webmaster of BUFOD, for inviting him
and giving him the space to place a report on The Performance on his
website. He also acknowledges Bob Tarantino for his help in obtaining
reference material on aerodynamic flight, and Greg St. Pierre for providing
him with the 1994 Airman's information manual on Federal aviation
regulations and aeronautical chart for the New York region. The author
also acknowledges Bob Wisch, who kindly designed and built at his own
expense the external shutter or chopper device for his camera. And last,
